WI vs IND 2023 Schedule announced: Check Player List, Matches, Date, Timing, Venues: The West Indies Cricket Board announced the multi-format series, which is expected to be held in the West Indies in July-August between West Indies and India.
This series includes Two Test Matches, Three ODIs, and Five T20I Matches, the last two T20 will be played in Broward County Stadium, Florida. The Two Matches Test Series will be India’s First Series for WTC 2023-25 cycle.
The Second Test Match between IND and WI will create a record for the 100th test match between these two teams. Team India after losing the WTC final 2023 against Australia by 209 runs, will try to move on from this setback and look forward to the new World Test Championship (WTC) 2023-25 cycle.
Brian Lara Cricket Academy, Trinidad, will host the West Indies ODI match for the First Time. The Starting two ODIs will be played at Kensington Oval, Barbados whereas the Third ODI will be Played at Trinidad.
This ODI Series will be so important for India because after this series, they will play Asia Cup 2023, which is set to be played in September, and After that, ICC ODI World Cup 2023 in India.
West Indies will start this series with new coach Andre Coley, Recently appointed as the head coach of West Indies for Test Cricket, whereas Daren Sammy will have the responsibilities of the White ball Cricket.
