ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Europe Qualifier Div 2 Points Table 2023: ICC women’s T20 World Cup Europe Qualifier division 2 is scheduled from 29th May 2023 to 2nd June 2023 in Jersey.
In ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier 2023, a total six teams has participated for two spots in Division One qualifiers which are scheduled in the month of September this year in Spain. The top two teams of the Division Two qualifier will secure their spot in the world cup qualifier to get a spot in the upcoming Women’s T20 World Cup 2024.
ICC Women’s T20 world cup qualifier Division 2 is the first stage of the T20 World Cup qualifier. A total of 15 matches were played at two different venues in Jersey. The top 2 teams will get a position in the next qualification round, which was scheduled in September.
France topped the 2023 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier Div 2 points table:
On 2nd June 2023, France women team won their fourth game of ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Europe Quailifier division 2 against Germany, after that France secured their spot in the Europe Qualifier Division 1, which is scheduled in September. Now, France is at the top of the points table with Eight points at run rate of +1.736. Host Nation Jersey failed to secured their spot in the Qualifier Division 1 after losing the last encounter against France by six wickets.
In Qualifier Div 2, Italy won a total of 4 out of five matches in the tournament. Italy women secured their spot in Qualifier Division1 after winning the last match of Division against Turkey, after winning the last game, Italy women won total four out of five matches in Div 2. They finised the Div 2 at 2nd spot with Eight points at run rate of +0.833.
